Though street photography is mainly about the vision of the photographer, equipment does also play an important role. This page serves as an index of the articles I have written on this subject.

  1. Youre so cool! I dont suppose Ive learn something like this before. So nice to search out someone with some authentic thoughts on this subject. realy thanks for starting this up. this website is something that is needed on the net, somebody with a little originality. helpful job for bringing one thing new to the web!

  2. Do you by any chance have the dp2m yet? Would like to see a review.

  3. Ditch the basic X10 and get a Nikon DSLR, this will improve your photos. Most of them are over exposed!

  4. Love your site, your passion and your thinking! Keep it up! Also, like your unique post processing! If you ever want to sell your 60 hex, hit me up! Aim high. You can find me on FB…captainshutter
    good luck on you move!

    • Thanks Pete. I’ll archive this post in case I do ever sell it. I won’t use it over the next few years (it would not be smart to take it in the streets of Argentina), but I’ll keep it preciously stored for the moment ;) cheers

  5. I found your website perfect for my needs. It contains wonderful and helpful posts. I have read most of them and got a lot from them.

  6. I love your work. Do you know getting an x10 would still be worth it in 2015? I don’t have alot of money and I’m a student. I have a D7000 and thats what all the photos on my portfolio are taken with. Would the x10 be a good just everyday walk around camera, that can still take pretty good street photos? I’ve seen what you’ve done with it and its great. But would you recommend it still? Thank you.

    • Thanks, I think you’d be better off with the X30, the viewfinder is much improved. The lens remains the same and the image quality was already very good on the X10, but the X30 is a big evolution in ergonomics. Cheers.
