After two weeks of rest in Argentina, it is time to hit the road again. Tonight we head for Mendoza then will cross the border to Chile. We will be in Santiago for one day then take a trans pacific flight to Auckland, New Zealand. Here again, we will stay only one day (the Rugby World Cup has pushed lodging prices to the roof) and therefore connect straight to Sydney, Australia. It will then be time to start our great road trip, that is two months in a campervan. (click on picture for high res)

  1. 2 months in the campervan – how cool is that! Hope you will be able to upload photos on the road. Have a safe flight and great road trip!

    • Thanks, looking forward to it though small challenges like of not having a shower and sleeping in the back will be interesting. Will write about it. Cheers, Yanick

  2. I’ve been really enjoying your photos and blogs for some time now. I’m really looking forward to seeing your take on Sydney (which is where I live).

  3. I came across your site and really love your traveling and work. Looking forward to see more photos while you’re on the road.

Do you mind sharing how you manage to keep the cost down when you do all the traveling for so many weeks. I hope you have a decent accommodation and a decent meal a day.

    • Hi Sam, I will write about the logistics of the trip later on when we get more experience. Yet overall, we attempt that accomodation does not exceed about 35-40$ per day. Obviously it varies a lot from country to country. Australia will be much more expensive. Cheers.

  4. Nice colors and I like the change. Still the old presets were great as well.

Since you’ve moved on from the old ones, how about sharing the presets that you used to have .. I never did figure them out.

    regards
    Guy
