The Queen of the track

Car races in Argentina are quite surprising. Not only because most cars that run there have 30 years old engine (Fiat 500, 147, Ford Falcone), but also due to the passion that revolves around it. The presence of a female driver must have triggered quite a few comments in the surrounding teams.

I might attend several races over the next few months and was thinking about doing a reportage. You kind of feel transported back to the eighties, but the atmosphere is absolutely great and people of the friendliest kind.

As for the Queen of the track, her engine blew up after two laps. Bad luck, or harsh welcome to a male's world ? (click on picture for high res)
