Neuchâtel lays by the Lake that holds its name. Once the home of Princes, it is now a quiet and pleasant city. Families and kids converge to the piers to enjoy the sunny day. Old men look for the refreshing shade of the terraces and glasses of wine. As for girls, they are out shopping, indeed late summer season is almost here.

I had the chance to meet Tibor during my visit to Neuchatel, one of the early readers of my blog and fellow street photographers. Thanks to him for a great conversation (under the shade of a terrace … but without wine). As for the pictures, I took the tiny 35mm Summicron IV along today. It makes the M9 almost look like a P&S and its lower contrast produces great imagery on such a sunny day.

  1. #6 : the look the colourful creature is giving the girls is "sauf le demon" :D !
The other pictures are also great.
Congratulations Yan, you find "des motifs" everywhere.
All around the world during the last 80 weeks, or in Rosario for the years to come, it's the artist's vision that matters.

  2. Salut Yannick,

    Tibor

  3. Great place! I like the photograph of the two elderly men who seem to argue about politics for example :)
