Mandalay is the second largest city in Burma. Yet, you always get the feeling to be in a big village since there is virtually no downtown. It is also the home of tens of thousands monks, so you’ll cross way with them at every street corners.
Note that the girl on the first picture sells gasoline. Definitely not a refreshing local cocktail. (click on pictures for high res)
