It rained on Puerto Lopez, the beach is almost deserted. Some will brave the sea anyways, others had to the bar for some leisure time. (click on pictures for high res)
All pictures taken with Leica M8 and 35mm Lux Asph
I have always admired your pictures and I am truly a big fan. I am a mediocre photographer that would like to learn more on how to post process pictures. I would never be a professional photographer because I don’t think I have the “talent” for it. That being said, would you mind throwing me a couple of tips on how you post process your pictures to get that “vintage effect”. I am using Leica m8.2 + various Leica lenses and I use LR3 for post processing. I have showed your pictures to some of my friends and we have tried “copying” your style with our own pictures but we can’t do it. Any help would be truly appreciated by me. Thanks.
Thanks for your message. I covered this topic on this page : http://www.yanidel.net/gear/on-post-processing/
Hope you understand, but it should not be too difficult to come up with something similar. I only use LR 3.0, so no magic behind it ;)
