Still in doubt and an interview

First let me thank all of you that commented on yesterday’s posts. I enjoyed all of them and they were of a great help. I would read one and think “He/she is right” then move on to the next one and tell myself “He/she is right too”. Indeed, many very wise comments … but not decision yet. I leave it for tomorrow night and will post about it.

At the same time, Caleb Lau who is on a similar trip asked me to answer a few questions on street/travel photography for his blog Uncultured American.  You can discover the article here. (I guess I should read again some of my answers to help solve my doubts)

As for today’s shot, it represents one of the two towers left of the once proud castle that dominates my hometown. I guess it is the official starting milestone of our trip. A long and fierce battle once took place there, the castle was taken and the last defenders were thrown alive from the top of the towers.  These were other times, so I guess that decisions such as equipment to take on a trip should be not be that much of a deal comparatively 😉  (click on picture for high res).
